Reviewing a reissued spec by hand takes a weekend. This takes the time it needs to open the file.

Pick the two revisions
Choose the original and the revised PDF. Both files stay on your machine. There is no upload, no account, and no network call.

Compare
You get a count of changed pages, reviewed pages, and differing words. The view opens on the first page that actually changed, which on a reissued spec is rarely page 1.

Export the review package
A change summary followed by only the pages that changed, ready to send to the design team or file against the contract.
